Creativity and self-care are deeply linked, with creative practices acting as powerful self-care tools to reduce stress, process emotions, boost well-being, and foster self-discovery. Spending time creatively can offer a healthy outlet for internal experiences and a way to find joy and purpose beyond daily demands.
Mixed media artist Claire 'CiCi' O'Shea has curated several experiential art workshops that guide you in embracing your creative side.
Blending her artistic expertise with her decades long background in holistic wellness, CiCi (short for Claire Carmel) invites you to slow down, reconnect with your imagination and self-expression. Each workshop is designed to be a warm, supportive and uplifting experience.
In this blog I want to tell you about the Vision Alchemy collage workshop I created, where you get to turn intention into art. During this workshop you'll first be gently led through a manifestation visualisation to help you connect to the goal you wish to bring to life. From that still inspired space you'll explore imagery, texture and words- intuitively selecting what resonates then transform them into a personal collage embedded with your intentions.
No experience needed- just curiosity and a willingness to explore your dreams and goals.
Beverages & treats provided as you paint, unwind and connect with your inner calm.
You'll leave with your own vision alchemy collage board - a tangible reminder of the energy you are inviting into your life.
At three hours duration this mini retreat is a great way to solidify and personalised what you want to get out of the coming months and year ahead.
Next collage workshop will take place in January 2026. Includes all materials; paint, brushes, paper, glue, treats & refreshments
